Various materials are used as fillers, such as air-filled PE films, differently processed paper, various types of polystyrene, cardboard shred, and more. Each filling material has different properties, making it suitable for different types of goods. Key factors in choosing the appropriate filling material include the size of the company, the number of packages shipped, the complexity of use, and the cleanliness of the filler. Many solutions are also highly demanding in terms of storage and transportation.

Which machine do you need?
We are the exclusive representative of activaTec for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The machine stands right at the packing table and makes the void fill as you need it. Choose by the type of void fill and by the volume of shipments.
Air pillows
The machine inflates film from a roll. You ship and store only film, not air. Details are on the Air void fill page.

How to choose
- Small operation, low volume: BP2000 (air) or PA2000/4000 (paper).
- Medium and large operation: BP4000 and BP6000, or PA5000 and PA6000.
- Wrapping a product instead of bubble wrap: AW8000 or AB1000.
