ISO 9001:2015 (Czech edition ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016) is a quality management system certificate. For customers it means that we have documented procedures for handling orders, checking deliveries and resolving complaints, and that they are reviewed by an independent certification body. Certificate No. 666/2025/SC/Q was issued on 4 August 2025 by the certification body Systémové certifikace s.r.o. (accredited by ČIA) and is valid from 10 August 2025 to 9 August 2028. Scope: trade and services for warehouses, production halls and offices. We have the certificate in Czech and in English.

EKO-KOM: we take part in the system of collective fulfilment of obligations for packaging placed on the market. It does not mean that we collect used packaging from customers, and in itself it says nothing about the recyclability of a specific product.

Packaging declaration: the paper void fill we supply is, according to our declaration of conformity with Regulation (EU) 2025/40, a single-material paper intended for collection and recycling with other paper. Details are on the crumpled paper page.
